- Collection of information for credentialing and Electronic Funds Transfer
- Submission of application to the payor
- Monitor progress of application
- Application review by payor can take 30-90 days
- Continued review until application approval
- EDI (Electronic Data interchange) enrollment (at a separate charge) if needed, is separate from credentialing. This allows for submission of electronic claims and receipt of electronic remittances.Â
This virtual consulting project will assess the practice’s current coding and documentation compliance. This may include documentation for E&M, at-risk foot care, cellular tissue product (CTP) services. A random sampling of charts for the area analyzed is required. Depending on the coding reviewed, the audit will analyze:
