- For all services provided, you must have an up-to-date CAQH file
- Collection of information for credentialing and Electronic Funds Transfer
- Submission of application to the payor
- Monitor progress of application
- Application review by payor can take 30-90 days
- Continued review until application approval
- EDI (Electronic Data interchange) enrollment (at a separate charge) if needed, is separate from credentialing. This allows for submission of electronic claims and receipt of electronic remittances.
* Credentialing follow-ups, insurance updates, and participation verifications are billed at $50/hour.
This virtual consulting project will assess the practice’s current coding and documentation compliance. This may include documentation for E&M, at-risk foot care, cellular tissue product (CTP) services. A random sampling of charts for the area analyzed is required. Depending on the coding reviewed, the audit will analyze:
